Hi all

Has anyone heard of this person and tested her dietry expertise. Apparently she claims that all medical problems  are a result of not just what we eat but the combinations of what foods we eat.
If we eat the correct balance of foods then we should be OK.
Any one tried it.

HI there,
My son sufferes from Crohns. I have read a lot of stuff by Sherry Brescia and the diet sounds great, what she says makes sense to me, but we have not tried it yet. There are a lot of people that seem to rate it. My son is 4, and all the food restrictions we have tried so far haven'tnot worked. Has anyone else tried it? Can it really be as good and as esay as she suggests? I can't managing crohns symptoms might be within our reach. Comments would be very welcome.

Haven't heard of the diet, but I don't need a 'special' diet to follow common sense.  Seems like someone always has another angle to the Crohn's Diet World.
