Hi There,

I am a student currently researching Crohn's disease as part of my college course, Health and Social Care, I am looking to train to become a Registered Nurse next year. I am looking for a case study, who will remain anonymous throughout the project and all information held will be confidential and only read by myself, my tutor and an external examiner. The case study it's self will look at your lifestyle and facts about yourself, but also any signs and symptoms you are experience, diagnosis and treatment will also be looked at.

The case study will not take up much of your time and will be done all via email through survey type questions, your input will be very valuable to me. If you feel you can help me please contact me on reubencollings@exe-coll.ac.uk or PM me.

Many Thanks in advance

Reuben
