hi, i havent messaged for a while, my partner was rushed in hospital in the summer and had to have surgery and temporary ileostomy, which has now been reversed, the doc said his crohns appeared to be quite aggressive type due to huge abcess and fistulas etc.  they don't want to treat him until it returns and then with the immune suppressant the name of which escapes me.  so currently is on no meds, they clinic said to go back in four months, on one hand thats good but on the other we worry in case it comes back...i didnt realise there were "more aggressive" types of crohns.  Also my partner has a reallly bad chest and constantly wheezes, coughs and wakes in the night struggling to breathe, i read crohns can occasionally/rarely cause respiratory problems has anyone else experienced this? anyone else told they have aggressive diesease? is it normal to leave someone medication free until problems return?

many thanks
