I have been ill with crohn's for 5-6 years, I am currently taking Methrotrexate for my crohn's. I have been on them for for almost 3 years. They have changed my life, i was bound to the toilet and was so depressed i never went out. I am better now than i ever have. I also have Psoriatic Arthritis which affects all my joints, I struggle everyday with both illnesses but i will not let it beat me! I am trying to get back into work as i had to leave my job, in 2007 because i was so ill and my work didn't beleive me. I am seeking help but i can't find any support or a agency that will help me back into work.

Hi there im on a program through the job centre plus called pathways to work and there is courses for all different types of stuff, give them a ring. tc xxxsuexxx

Try your local college.  Ours do specialist return to work courses, usually through the summer months.
