Hello everyone!

My name is Cassie, and I am so pleased to have found this forum! I was diagnosed with Crohns way back in 1995, and after 2 surgeries was flare-up free for so many years I almost forgot I had crohns! Since giving birth to my gorgeous baby son 18 months ago I have had a gradual return of the old symptoms and have been really poorly for the last 6 months. Its been really hard to accept that the Crohns is back, and the docs are struggling to get it under control so the last few months have been really tough.

I can't wait to read everyone's experiences and share any tips I can. Its wonderful to find this forum where you can talk about your bowels without people looking at you like you're gross or mad!

I've only just been diagnosed with Crohn's and have found the advice on this site a god send. Sorry to hear it has reared its ugly head after all that time. People on here are really understanding and very supportive.
