Yes I have heard of her. What her product does is use food combining so that your body has the best chance to digest the food you have eaten. There are several recipes in her book that use proper food combing and that can help to take stress off the digestive system and help it work more efficiently. You can Google food combining if you want, but an example of bad food combining would be eating say a steak and mashed potatoes (protien and carbs) at the same meal. The steak and the potatoes have a different rate at which they digest and because of this it can cause problems.

I suggest you give it a go as food combining can be a great help to many people, but it won't work for everyone all of the time as there can be other factors that can cause problems also. Try it for yourself as you have nothing to lose and it could make a difference for you.

I would love to hear how you got on

I have tried her struff. it is just combination eating. It does work for IBS symptoms and really helped with mine. However she had IBS and not IBD and that is easier to treat. Ive been on Gerald Greens diet and it completly got rid of 90% of my symptoms. I also have no more bleeding for months. But today i had some mucus so i dont know why that was. I didnt venture off the diet so dont know. but everything else is really good.
