Hi,
I’m a researcher at the School of Pharmacy, University of London (UK).  

We’re doing a new online survey for adults with IBD (Crohn’s Disease / Ulcerative Colitis) to tell us about their views and experiences of medicines, and we would like you help.  

It takes no more than 25 minutes, and will help to improve services for all people with IBD.
