Hi everyone. Im on this anti-candida diet by Gerald Green. Its really like the SCD diet except that he cuts out all the sugar. so fruit.carbs,honey. your only allowed 1 piece of fruit a day.

anyway i was doing great but this morrning i had some white mucus. Im not sure why. This diet has gotten rid of all my symptoms except for that. any suggestions.

Hi - how did you get on with the diet?  I'm thinking of doing it myself but a friend told me that you can have quite bad detoxing type side effects?  Did you go and see Gerald Green himself?

as we are discussing about Gerald Green Diet, so i hope these vegetable or fruits we can add in this diet to which i am sharing with you. Alfalfa sprouts, bean sprouts, sweet peppers, box choy, green broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, cucumber endive, fennel, garlic, green beans, greens, hot chilli peppers, kale, lettuce, onions, parsley, radishes, spring onions, spinage, swiss chard, turnips, watercress, swede, celeriac, chicory, kohl rabi, leeks and ginger ( i personnly kept the radishes to a minimum)

fats in moderation--

Acocado oil, fish oil, flaxseed oil grapeseed oil, hemp oil, olive oile primrose oil and sunflower oil

Other good foods--

Free range eggs, fresh fish and seafood (but not farmed salmon or trout)- tinned is ok
pork, lamb, veal, poultry: chicken, turkey Particulary skinless white meat- try to get lean meat
game
Brazil nuts (in moderation
tofu (in moderation)
Quorn (in moderation) I dont use this
Soy milk/cheeses (in moderation)
Rice milk
sheeps milk and cheeses (dilute 50/50 with water and it tasts like cows milk) i will introduce this in a month
Goats milk and cheeses ( i will introduce this in a month)
sunflower, pumpkin and sedame seeds....

If someone know more so kinda share with me...
