what colour stools do you guys tend to get with this disease? all my tests started after i done a black stool indicating blood from higher up the gi tract,i also get dark brown with a faint red tint and orange brown is this common with crohns?i need to tell my doctors on the next visit

Hi Mark, Tell your doctor exactly what colour your stools are. I made the mistake of not telling mine and i suffered for it. My stools vary in colour depending on how i feel, if i'm very tired they are orange brown in colour but if in pain they are a lot darker. They are often tinged with red. hope this helps. Dawn x

thanks dawn,those colours are exactly what i am finding,dont know if i have crohns yet but if i do its a horrible disease,as you know sick of being in pain
