Hi guys ,
Me again, I just wanted to ask if anybody has this difficulty when going somewhere.
You are going shopping, so before leaving the house your last visit is the toilet, you arrive at the mall and the first place to visit is the toilet, but when you get there you can do nothing, yet you do have to go. You come out and try to continue with your shopping but within minutes you need to visit again, and again you can do nothing. It`s only after about five or six visits does it settle down.
This makes shopping a chore instead of an enjoyable experience.

Any Comments?

I have a radar key, and you can get a book for it also, not quite sure what the website was but it was through the NACC site, doesn't cure anything, but is a practical and less panicky way of at least knowing where the loos are.  You can also get the 'Can't Wait' card through the NACC.  Added to that I never eat in the mornings, not a healthy option but cuts down on loo visits when out, or at work,  I just have a light lunch usually a glass of milk and then have a dinner later at home.

I sometimes get the crampy feeling when walking around that I need to go, but then when I get there I don't.  Then sometimes I have to sit for a few minutes before anything happens.

Unfortunately there's not a lot you can do about it.  Taking Imodium isn't a good idea unless you definitely do need to go and have diarrhoea, because it can upset your system.

The only thing to do is to just try and listen to your guts and not get too frustrated when nothing happens.
