Hi all buddies here,
It is now common problem to every one to get slim and have the smart figure and physique... I personally think that by making and a little strictly acting on some diet plan will surely helps allot to every one.... Eat fresh veggies, fruits are much helpful, green tea is also essential in this connection. Normal routine exercise on daily base will definitely helps allot.....

Ive just been newly diagnosed with chrohns dieases, had it for a year on the 8th of april 2011 and i struggle with keeping weight on, its annoying because you just look like  a bag of bones lol, they put you on ya elemental diet which is the 3rd time in a year and weight stays on to about 9 and a half stone which is underweight for me, then after going on normal food weight piles off and then your skinny again, just a constant vicious circle, help does any one have these problems aswell???
