Hello everyone

I have suffered from Crohn’s disease since the age of 16 and it has been a tough journey with many ups and downs along the way. Stopped taking any medication over ten years ago because I believe the long term side effects on your health out weigh any short term relief of symptoms. Recently had a flare up but I am now starting to recover. Joined this forum to see how other are coping with the disease and if they have a specific routine which helps them through the day.

A bit late but, Hi and welcome to the site.
Glad to hear your not suffering too much but I'm not sure that everyone would give up their meds whatever the side effects.
Read a few of the horror story posts and you may see why.
Hope you stay well though.

Dave.
